For your games mentioned above, I think the monitor is pretty good. Due to the VA panel, it will be able to display the colors in a fairly contrasting and beautiful way. So perfect for quieter games. For FPS games, I would not recommend it.

However, please note that your hardware must also be good in order to be able to bring a smooth gaming experience to the monitor when playing demanding games.
