Minecraft account is somehow gone?

I just wanted to log in again. I had to enter my data again. I'm 100% sure that the voices. But there was that the account is not found or something. So I forgot on pw and waited for the mojang email. For 20 minutes and repeated attempt to get the e-mail, nothing happened. Do I have to wait longer?

I just got the experience from earlier that this email comes quickly. (I've often forgotten xD)

So the question:

Can my account be deleted or how can I log in again?

See if your e-mail is okay, I often have the problem that my mails just do not arrive and then always used another one. The second possibility is in my opinion just to contact the support.
