Good performance in Minecraft with laptop?

I was considering buying a new laptop and wanted to ask whether the laptop I have chosen is really suitable for e.g. Minecraft. Will I get FPS drops? I would like to play Minecraft fluently. Should work, for Minecraft you need a good CPU (which the laptop has).
