I have a problem I have a RX 570 8GB from MSI and a Ryzen 3600 and in Minecraft only 57 FPS in Optifine with the Sidrius Shader (Extreme) I don't know what the problem is my drivers are up-to-date the card is also not closed warm. A friend manages 300FPS with a 1660 with the same shader.
It may well be that the shader is optimized for NVIDIA graphics cards and therefore you have less FPS. According to benchmarks on the Internet, the RX570 generally delivers a worse result than the 1660. I would therefore recommend switching to the Sildrus Virbrant High Shader. From a graphic point of view, it actually makes almost no difference.
