Minecraft more FPS with shader?

I have a 3060 TI in my PC and when I play minecraft with shader games I only have 50 FPS on average, but the graphics card is only about 45-60% utilization, can you change that to get more FPS?

Could it be affected by memory? This is between 95-100% (16GB)

Minecraft only uses a very small part of the RAM by default, not even 1GB. You would have to change that on your Minecraft version. Just watch a video on YouTube
