Why does my PC suddenly get hot and what can I do about it?

I have an Intel Nuc Mini-PC with 8GB RAM, an Intel core i3 and a standard Intel Plus Graphics 655. Before that I was able to play Minecraft easily and games like Gta5 on low settings. Only recently has my PC become so hot, sometimes by chance when I have the browser open that the USB ports overheat and my mouse and keyboard no longer work as a result. Everything went smoothly before, so do you have any idea what it could be and what you could possibly do? So far I haven't got the money for a better PC.

Pl

This is because graphics in games become more complex after updates, and the Nuc is small and in no way intended for gaming

Check your cooling system to make sure everything fits. Otherwise, if there's space, install more fans or replace old ones. You can hardly say more from a distance.

Best wishes and all the best!

My friend always puts a fan next to the PC for similar reasons, it works.

Will be rather difficult with the Intel Nuc, but I'll take a look!

Bo

I had already considered.

Additional cooling can also come from the outside, like a laptop coaster with fans. In addition, you can install a program that reads the temperatures for you (if you don't already have it above). Then maybe you know more.
