I wanted to play Minecraft again for a long time only on my new PC (built by myself). However, it always jerky, not running smoothly, weird way.
specs:
cpu: ryzen 7 2700x
graphic: RX 590
ram: hyperX fury 8 gb
graka and java up to date.
I don't know why or why but CoD MW or GTA 5 run perfectly with good FPS but Minecraft doesn't.
I don't want to put everything down in the settings because I think you can fix it differently.

Did you allocate more RAM than just 2GB to Minecraft?

You should allocate more RAM to Mc. In your situation, I would take 4 GB. The video shows how this works:
If you are in the Minecraft launcher, you can find the profiles in the settings and there's a button there, you can have a few more settings displayed and with a setting you should have -x2GBx- or something similar and the numbers are there for the number of allocated RAM in GB!
You need to spot VSync.
