I want to buy a pc soon and I wanted to ask if and how I can play games such as Rainbow Six Siege or Minecraft can download for free. Or can you only buy them?
This is called cracking and is illegal.
It also doesn't really work: you're talking about multiplayer games that run on a server. It is diligently checked whether you have legally purchased the game or downloaded it illegally.
This could get expensive.
Buy the games on instant gaming, they are cheaper.
The two games cost a bit, but there are plenty of free games out there. Just download Steam, you will find many of them.
Origin Basic is also an option. Since you pay 25 euro per year and can play all older titles for free, are about 75-100 I would guess.
Key shops are also an option, since games are sometimes up to 90% cheaper.

First you need to create an account on Steam, Uplay, Origin or wherever you can get your games. Then you can buy and download games there. Steam has a lot of free games like CounterStrike. Games like Rainbow Six Siege have to be bought.
