I've had my PC for about 2 years and bissher I had no problems but recently he is overwhelmed with just about everything. Even if I only want to hear Minecraft and next to Spotify it needs 10 seconds to skip song please help? (CPU: i5 6500k / graphics card: NVIDIA GTX 2060)
Have an i5 4690 and with me was the same, had to wait a few seconds in part until Youtube has switched to full screen. Then I reset my PC and everything went really fast.

How much ram do you have?
Maybe your CPU overheats or something similar.
I would reinstall Windows. The bottom line is faster than looking for any mistake.
Surely you have a USB stick of at least 8GB or?

I also had the experience that makes a broken hard disk problems, look at your hard drive in taskmenager.

I would completely reinstall Windows. This has already solved many a problem in the direction.
