Living bots blocks my server and reports to DDoS?

Recently my root server on living-bots.net was blocked for inexplicable reasons. I then wrote an email to support why they blocked the server. Supposedly because of "outgoing DDoS". I was only active at 3 p.m. Today, when the server was already locked. Last night when I went to sleep, he was still going.

I don't know what a DDoS is, nor was I on my PC during that time. I'm a little bit surprised. I replied to the support and asked why I'm supposed to do this and that I have absolutely no idea about "DDoS".

In response, I got: "We don't assume anything, we received a fax from the criminal police and then blocked the server. They will certainly get back to you and then you can explain to them how outrageous you find this position."

I'm a little shocked, I have done nothing and only run my Minecraft server. Only I have login data.

I don't get my data back either, which frankly makes me angry.

I wanted to know if something similar has happened to you or what you can do there.

A Dodos is an attack on another Internet user, in which you send many virtual packsets to his IP address and thus cause the router and the Internet connection to crash.
