I play on a MInecraft server and I have to look after a field far outside. The fields do not grow because the chunks are not loaded there because there's none and then I thought I was just standing around AFK. But my question I only load the chunk in which I'm standing or in the area? If yes how many chunks nearby
What are you playing on? And you can set how many chunks you can see in the settings
So 1) chunks in minecraft are always loaded where you are in the game up to max. 32 chunks and the spawn chunks are always loaded, so what you lack is a chunk loader,
2) just google on yt "chunklader tjc" fals on server redstone and so + nether are activated…
I play on PC and so it depends on how much I set my render distance?
* chunk loader found only aup pc version
not on a cell phone or console, or anywhere else… ONLY pc
There's a key that actually reloads everything but don't remember exactly which was any F key
Well a chunk loader is probably prohibited + it's not my area there. But does that mean the chunks are loaded at a 32x32 chunks area? If you know what I mean, it's funny
So depending on the jap, chunklader load a bit of max 5x5 chunks at once and must be activated again and again once each time you enter the world / the server because only one block update the "machine" again…
So either a very long distance from a siknal there to the chunk update or yes… Afk there…
and don't worry, I'm terribly out of it myself, UwU
