I don't have iron golems, why?

Dear Minecraft Bedrock Community,

No iron golems spawn on my realm server. I already googled I met all the conditions. Or maybe it is because I healed 2 zombie villagers and increased them? Please answer the question if your ear knows

Around 25

Does an iron golem already exist?

If not then it may be because you have too many mobs on your realm, and the maximum number of mobs has been reached, if that is not the case, you have to see if there are caves or other things near your village where they could spawn
