I rented a Nitrado server for Feed The Beast Trident. Server starts normally and shows no errors. Even under console and LOG can be found no error. Nevertheless, my game always tells me when I enter the server: Invalid session (please try restarting the game). I have restarted the game several times, logged out of Feed The Beast and rebuilt the server. But unfortunately there have been no changes so far.
If modpacks take a long time to start it may be that your Minecraft session expires. Then you will not come to the server because you are no longer logged in.
I recommend you because the mod "re-Auth". This will show you in ingame if the session is still active and if not you can log in again without having to restart your game. Is also safer for the server, so nobody can hang around with your name on the server.

Alternatively, if you play alone or with friends you dare, you can also set the online mode from the server to "false". To do this, open the server.properties file with a text editor and change the location from "true" to "false". Save file and restart server afterwards.
But you really should only do that if you do not leave strangers on the server. And you should also activate the whitelist.
Sounds good, unfortunately the server gets error with these mods and can't start accordingly.
The server does not need the mod, which comes in your installation on the computer. Is a client mod.
