And in the eula the pay to win (p2w) is not allowed on a minecraft server. On my minecraft server the players get ranks after a certain time so that would be play to win right? And do I have to consider anything else in the eula? You can't buy anything with real money.

As long as you can't buy these ranks, that fits. As you have already correctly recognized, only pay-to-win is forbidden, but not play-to-win.
