With which FTP program do you want to edit the file. By default, Microsoft Editor is used unless you have changed something in your FTP settings.
If you have the server on your PC then here also the standard editor is enough, otherwise you can still download and use Notepad ++.
Depending on where you run the server, whether online or on your PC, a text editor is needed to edit a text file.
