Is Minecraft hanging with you too?

I bought Minecraft on my cell phone everything went well. I wanted to play this morning and saw that instead of my skin the Steve skin was there. I restarted Minecraft and it always has to load at the beginning and it always hangs at the end of the loading screen! I tried everything Wi-Fi on and made Minecraft downloaded again, uninstalled larger apps and data, deleted pictures that I no longer need. But nothing helped every now and then I went to the main menu but from there everything hung up again. What should I do can someone help me?

Yes I only have how it works and what does that mean if Minecraft is no longer working it is broken
