FPS locked somehow?

I can manage a maximum of 145 fps in all games with a 2070 OC and I5 10600K, although I have deactivated vsync or similar everywhere. Even in Minecraft I have 145fps as the maximum value without shader or anything, exactly the same as in Warzone everything on Max with DLSS at 145fps balanced. What can be the reason? I also have a 60hz monitor now.
