How do I create a new minecraft account?

I have a Minecraft acc and would like to have a new one.

now ask: how?

So I assume that you don't have to pay again, but how does that work?

if it matters, i play mcbe / pe

For a new account you have to buy a new mc.

I guess you mean create a new Microsoft account for that you just have to go to Settings on the start page in Minecraft, then go to Profile and then you should log out of Microsoft account on the left then you can actually log out with a new one that you either already did before created or then log in again there.
