Can I color the durability bar on tools in Minecraft?

I'm currently working on my own texture pack and maybe had the idea to change the color of the durability bar. I had this idea because in some mods there are also durability bars in different colors. But I haven't found a folder for it anywhere. Can you change the color of this durability bar?

Should be somewhere on GUI but i don't know
