Minecraft windows 10 edition free (pc)?

I have a question. A year ago I bought Minecraft's Java Ediotion. Now I wanted to have Windows 10 Edition too. Do I get it for free because I've already bought the Java Edition? I actually should. If so, it would be nice if someone explained to me how to do it.

You can only get the Minecraft Windows 10 Edition free of charge if you bought before October 2018. Since I've bought Minecraft since December 2016, I can easily play Windows 10 Edition.

So since you bought in 2019, the free Windows 10 Edition looks very bad for you.

So I have to honestly say that I hardly play the Windows 10 Edition at all, but rather Java Edition, because you can download mods and texture packs for free and because I can also use shaders. I'm also used to using Java Edition.

There used to be. But there's no more. The free codes of that time are no longer displayed in the Mojang account. So if you didn't redeem it in your MS account at the time, you won't get the code back then even today…

No, even if you bought them beforehand, they are no longer free. The offer was completely ended in April 2020.

But why do I still have Windows 10 Edition?
