You simply need a shader and the Mod Optifine.
Follow these instructions:
Step 1: Go to the https://optifine.net/.../downloads website and download the mod for the Minecraft version you want
Step 2: double click on the file you downloaded
Step 3: A small window opens, leave the path unchanged and click "Install"
Step 4: Download any shader (my recommendation: http://shadersmods.com/chocapic13s-shaders-mod/)
Again, pay attention to the Minecraft version
Step 5: Right click the shader and choose Copy
Step 6: Press the Windows key (the four squares) and R at the same time.
Step 7: A small window opens, write% appdata% there (with the% characters) and choose ok
Step 8: A folder opens, navigate to .minecraft and Shaderpacks
Step 9: Right-click in the order and choose Paste
Step 10: Start minecraft with the profile called Optifine
Step 11: Go to the graphics settings in Minecraft and choose shaders. Select here the shader that you loaded from your rune.
Step 12: The game hangs for a short time, don't worry it will run again soon.
