Minecraft Hospital does not start?

Please book a haphazard mom:-) My son bought the hospital world in the switch minecraft shop today. Whenever he wants to start this one message will be sent: world can't be started because a level belongs to an older version or a newer version of this game has saved this level… So it just will not work. All updates are done and I'm now at a loss… Anyone an idea? The purchase, I will probably not be able to undo or right? The pocket money is probably gone and my dwarf sad.

Maybe someone with no subject can help me - Chinese?

I'm not familiar with Minecraft on the Switch (play Java edition on the laptop), but if 'world can't start because a level belongs to an older version' it might help an older version of Minecraft play (I do not know if you can do that on the switch, but with the Java edition it works). In the case of the newer version, I really have no idea, such a message, although I know it, but only because I eig always play any old versions.

The purchase is (probably) not reversible.
