I have been playing Minecraft for a short time and in my creative world blocks disappear as if by magic, sometimes even on the ground to the bedrock. Since I build a lot in this world, that's a shame.
Why is that and can I fix it somehow?

Hello yes I can maybe help you so it may be that a bug helps to restart the game often.
Maybe it's up to WorldEdit if you've installed that. To fix the problem, you have to restart the server. If you do that in a single player world, it's 100% a bug.
Endermen can steal blocks. To prevent this, give
/ gamerule mobGriefing false
