Recognize existing PlotWelt?

I have a minecraft server and have a normal plot world there. But I took the plugin once again from the server and then again on it made and now the Plotwelt is no longer recognized. Can the plugin PlotSquared somehow recognize the plots? Otherwise there would be plots that will not be recognized as plots.

Of course, if you have deleted the plugins folder, nothing can be restored. Do you still have the folder, then play it again and the old plots should also be there again.
