Save Nitrado Minecraft Bedrock?

I have rented a Minecraft Bedrock server with 6 slots on Nitrado since last night. Apparently the server is not saving the world, it has now been reset for the second time. I don't have any information about world management in my options, the console command with save-all doesn't work either.

What does the console say when you type "save-all"?

You may have to be "OP" for this, or you can do it via the console…
