I'm still quite new to the world of Linux and wanted to install Minecraft Forge on my Parrot OS, but I can't get it, I have installed JDK as far as I think but when I enter "Java -jar forge.jar" an error occurs that I'm missing missing libaries but I don't know how to install them because I don't want to boot it as a server

Try installing Openjdk 8: sudo apt install openjdk-8-jdk should actually work
