Minecraft Cards | Pictures from the internet?

I wanted to ask if you can convert images from the internet into a schematic file or a Minecraft world, because I would like to have a map. I do not mean with .dat files, but a schematic or minecraft world that you can build on a server, using Schematic

No, that will not work if I understand you correctly. Pictures can be reproduced, but as a schematic you can't get them.
