Minecraft 1 click two blocks?

Whenever I place 1 click on Minecraft I place two blocks or throw 2 final beads. Why is that?

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 2600X Six-Core

Memory 16 GB

GPU: NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1060 6GB

Is that only in Minecraft like this or does the mouse perform double clicks elsewhere?

Do you hold your mouse button relatively start / long pressed? Or do you have problems with the Internet connection? Does the problem also occur with other games / programs?
