Why is my chunk loading slowly in minecraft bedwars?

When i use minecraft bedwars e.g. On gomme games my chunk loads extremely slowly despite a good pc I have recently started playing with lunar client, maybe that's because (my renderdistance is on 8)

Is that only with Bedwars
