Minecraft Mob-Spawn show areas?

Can I show at Minecraft, where, for example, mobs can spawn in a chunk because of insufficient lighting?

When you press F3, you see the light level of the block you are looking at. If it is under 7 mobs can spawn.

If you are looking for a mod, you can use More Overlays, then you can show that with F7.
