Why do I have so few fps in Minecraft (with optifine)?

These are my PC components:

i7 6700k

GTX 1070 8gb

16gb Ram

I have made all the graphics settings down and still I have on average only 25fps.

Disable vSync.

Do you have a shader in there?

How much RAM is assigned to MC?

Put Chunk on 8

VSync off

VBO's off

then more FPS should come

otherwise it may be because the world / nether loads then it takes a bit
