I'm currently building a hoglin farm in the nether over bedrock.
I have also managed to spawn over Bedrock again and again when I go into a portal. However, I would also like to be in the Nether and Bedrock and my question is how I can do that. Hopefully someone knows their way around and can help me!

Either build a second portal in the upper world or (if you play under 1.16.4) destroy the bedrock.

Yes, but make sure that the portal is not too close to the other. So in the upper world you should have at least 8 chunks (F3 + G) apart.

Unfortunately it didn't work, I took even more decency but still spawned through bedrock
