Nope, at least 2 epyc with 64 cores. Everything else is unplayable!

The fastest cpu is of no use to you in complex games if you can't use an equally powerful graphics card.

Ignore it. You can play Minecraft with any cheap CPU. E.g. With an Athlon 3000G or 220G or something.
