Why doesn't it start on the first monitor?

I recently started using several monitors but not always at the same time… For example, if I only want to work with the first monitor and then start a game such as Minecraft… It starts on the second monitor even though it is off… So I have to always turn it on and then pull the window over… Can someone tell me why that is and has a solution at the same time?

It makes no sense that if you have several screens connected to use them only sporadically.
