With the Intel iGPU, you will not get far with Minecraft. The Intel is a real turnip. Had the pleasure with the Intel iGPU, sold the notebook and then bought the Ryzen 3500u. Are worlds in between.
And the CPU part of the Ryzen is not bad either, 4 cores with 8 threads.
And the i5-8265u / Ryzen 3500u do not take much in the CPU raw power. The advantage, however, is clear on the Ryzen side because of the much better GPU. Even if you rarely play, if you play the times then you have a lot more fun.
