Hi, I have a PC with i3 4160, gtx 750 ti (2gb) and 8gb ddr3 with 1600mHz actually everything runs on low settings, except Minecraft, and since I really like Minecraft with z. B. Hexxit games, it lies and I'm not even up to 30fps, is that s.der Graka and processor or s.Ram?

Please check which RAM was installed and try to get some of that kind.
If you want to swap it completely, then look in the motherboard manual, which RAM bars are compatible.
In general, however, you will have to decide for yourself whether this is worth the money.

With Minecraft your processor limits the performance. Again, 8 GB of RAM bring more unfortunately, unfortunately not so much. If there's a new bar, then this should have the same clock (MHz) and latency (CL).
I would not spend money on upgrading this PC. This PC can also be useful with a Linux distribution. Minecraft is also available for Linux.
As a Linux distribution, I recommend Lubuntu. This requires only a fraction of the system resources Windows needs.
