Yes the long ones perfect for all games. In most cases, you wouldn't benefit from more.
8GB of RAM are sufficient:
Multitasking with lots of programs
Play the most popular games
Limited working with virtual machines
Typical amount of RAM for mid-range gaming and all-round PC
Thank you so much!
The games would benefit from 16gb… Fortnite takes 5-6gb if you only have 8gb, but Fortnite takes 8-9gb if you have 16gb. Therefore, the fps also increase. This is also the case for other balls
That is already possible, but technically the RAM does not really have anything to do with the FPS. Except for Warzone, the games in the list probably use 4 GB as a minimum requirement. 8 are optimal, 16 would definitely be future-proof.
8Gb is enough but would recommend 16. If you really want to play high-resolution games, 16Gb is perfect. Then run smoothly etc.
No, almost all programs already use this 16GB. 8GB is actually the minimum because 4GB is unplayable. Now 16GB is the best for gaming. Windows already uses almost 2gb btw
The best you can get is 2x8GB
Dual channel increases performance and 16GB is perfect. Minecraft requires a lot of RAM.
Back then, 8GB was hardly enough for me personally as soon as I did several things
I would no longer go under 16GB RAM when buying a new notebook or desktop PC. 8GB are sufficient for office and for surfing the Internet. In the long run, however, it can be a little too little. Ultimately, it depends on the programs and games used, how much they take up.
With 16GB RAM you would be on the safe side and you shouldn't have to worry much about it. The rest is mainly the CPU, GPU and its VRAM. So as long as a dedicated graphics card is installed, you shouldn't get any problems while playing.
