Are Minecraft and GTA too far apart for YT?

I think these are the 2 games where I have a lot of content and feel like it. But one is a survival / craft / building game and the other is a gangster / 1st / 3rd person shooter.

Are the two games too far apart? I would also do other things like shooters / racing / gangsters. I usually get 8-30 clicks on videos.

It is important that you have fun yourself. If you're up for both games, then play both. So you also have more content. In any case, I would watch both Let's Plays if I followed you. Gronkh does not make its content dependent on a genre and is one of the largest German-speaking Let's Players. And with him I used to watch Minecraft and GTA V mainly.

You need patience for that.

However, if you're trying to get videos / streams out like Minecraft or GTAV, I don't know if you're reaching people at all. Sooo many people play these games. There are also quasi "infinite" videos. If you don't bring anything unique, the viewer is more likely to be bored. Sure, you can do something about the two games, but then it has to really rip.

But if you just like to play, record, stream and edit for yourself, then it doesn't matter.

Streaming is not my thing, but I would say I edit quite well to my size. But even if I have a good cut, it hardly works. So far I've only rarely done voiceovers but then put private ones because it was cringing myself; / I might try again.
