My screen flickers when I play Minecraft. Small white rectangles appear on my monitor for milieseconds, but not completely covered everywhere but only partially. It happens all the time. Every time I disguise myself by moving my mouse.
It only happens in Minecraft so for other games my monitor works without problems, I stream my game and you don't see the white flicker.

Try not to play in full screen or use a different screen or try to plug the cable between the PC and the monitor in correctly or your pc has become too slow. Sometimes it happened to me otherwise to install CCleaner and 360 Total Security I can only install these programs recommend! (These are ComputerSpeedup and virus scanner and cleanup and PC fullcheck and Game Booster and much more programs!)

CCleaner or all cleaner apps can't really differentiate whether you still need the files or not.
I use Displayport because it can only be inserted properly. My PC runs quite well with a Ryzen 5 2600 16 GB Ram and RX 5700 XT
