I bought a pc almost 1 year ago (January 2020) (finished PC) at the beginning everything went perfectly and I was very happy but for about 3 months my pc has had blatant fps problems I was cold (cod) where you can use it should have over 100 fps I have to play with 40-70 yes it still runs halfway smoothly but in second fights, for example, I only have 20-30 fps. In minecraft I have 150 fps which is enough but according to some websites I should have around 400 fps I don't know why I would be very happy if you had an answer
Have you connected your monitor to the RTX 2070? If not, switch from the mainboard HDMI / DVI port to a display port or HDMI port of the RTX.
Yes it is already my hdmi cable is connected "with" the graphics card
