I have an AMD Radeon HD 6570. I overclocked it to 752 Mhz core clock and 901 MHz memory clock. One day I had (stable) 100 fps in Minecraft (with optifine). The next day I gambled again and only had 60 there. I haven't changed the graphics settings and it doesn't get too hot either.
What did you overclock the GraKa with?
If it is the Afterburner, then you have to check the box for "Use overclock at start", otherwise it will not be applied when you restart.
If you have flashed the BIOS of the card, it is possible that either an error has occurred or the card has a safe mode in which it clocks if you have entered values that are far too high.
I did it with the afterburnen. I'll try it out right away.
Where can I find the tick?
In the Afterburner click on the Windows symbol on the left next to "Start Up". But it is possible that you have changed the design of the user interface, then the checkmark is in a different place ^^
Thank-you
