If not, then Aternos or Minehut.
If so, then Nitrado or Scalacube.
I can recommend minehub to you there you get minecraft server for little money and you can deposit a subdomain, name the server, add mods and plugins and you only have to pay for the hardware not for the slots. With the mod installation it can happen that some modpacks do not work right away. If that happens you have to install the mods individually, i.e. Pack 1-3 mods on it, start the server and shut it down until all mods are on it, I had that now I think 2 times otherwise it always worked
