I have a very old Minecraft account (around 10 years old). And I want to finally convert my account to a Mojang account. But you need the e-mail.
Unfortunately, I know NURNOCH my username and password.
I have no ID, no other emails or anything else. Can anyone tell me how else to do this?

You need access to the email address deposited on the account to prove that this is really your account.
If you do not have them anymore, you will need the proof of purchase from that time. Then you turn to the Mojang support.
If that is no longer there and username + password are really the only data left, it looks bad. Maybe you can do something with support with your ID card, if you were of legal age and the address is still correct.
So try first your email addresses.

Microsoft accounts and Minecraft accounts have absolutely nothing to do with each other.
But, guess which company Mojang belongs to.

You need exactly this account to play Minecraft (which according to your claims does not exist):

PS: Mojang has not become wholly Microsoft. The name still exists.
