It doesn't matter which game I play, whether MW, Valorant, csgo or Minecraft. In every game it happens from time to time that my PC hangs up and nothing happens for 1 to 2 seconds. And when I look at the fpa ad, I see that it only shows me 1 FPS. I've had this problem for a long time and no YouTube video could help me. I don't know if it has anything to do with Windows or my PC.

Keep an eye on CPU and CPU usage and your temperatures.
So temperatures are totally fine for me with the CPU. I have an average of 63 degrees Celsius there.

Then you may have clues…
If you freeze it may also be due to your internet…
