Minecraft Fullscreen is lying on the mouse, how does it work?

I started Minecraft lately and downloaded labymod and so on. The problem now is that when I'm in fullscreen, it's only when I move the mouse. So I still have 400+ FPS. When I look around Minecraft, it looks a bit choppy.

I also have Motion Blur on. How it works but since last I see garnix of it only such small stuttering. Feels like that when I move with 59 FPS! IS ONLY ON MOVEMENTS SO THE ENVIRONMENT IS LIQUID!
