Minecraft fishing bug?

I try to fish for cytooxia with Optifine 1.16.5, but every time a bait is on the line, my line retracts automatically so I can't catch the fish.

Why is that so?

I think it's a bug because I don't have it. Perhaps you will report to the Minecraft website.

Everyone would have a bug and not just one, so Minecraft / Mojang is not responsible for this.

But not if you play on foreign servers and use optifine. Here you look first at yourself and then at the server you are using.
