Do you have the FPS limit on? And if so leave it on you don't have a 700hz monitor and then you won't get anything anymore
Look in the video settings if you have an FPS limitation. Otherwise you probably have. Not enough RAM allocated? By default this is only 2 GB. Simply edit in the launcher on installations, then right click on one of your installations. Then scroll down to Java Scribt and change 2GB to your desired number.

I assigned Ram to 10gb, 70% of them are used
and frame rate is unlimited
