GPU very slow since replacing the SSD and resetting?

Before I replaced the SSD on my desktop and reset the PC, I was able to play Minecraft at 90 FPS with BSL shader

Since the new setup, with 8 chunks rendering distance and settings to a minimum, only a spongy 15-30 FPS are possible…

Drivers are currently all installed but nothing works…

Who can help?

Thanks!

GPU: Nvidia GTX 1050

New SSD: Samsung 870 EVO

No, both on the graphics card, I just replaced the hard drive and didn't plug anything else…
