I always played with my sister using the open-to-lan survival function, but recently this no longer works. I have had these problems since installing Optifine. Do I have to uninstall that again? Since Minecraft is quite jerky for me, Optifine had helped me well. Any suggestions for a solution?
There's also Dynamic Fps and so on, for forge and fabric as alternatives

No, it doesn't have Optifine and yes we share the same network.
Then you don't have the same mods if you add mods like Optifine you always have to have both of them, so it's best to copy your minecraft folder into yours so you always have exactly the same version and mods
