I have a Ryzen 3 2200g and Minecraft is running quite well only sometimes I have 2-4 FPS for a few seconds to minutes. Also, my CPU usage is always at 80% and so it is impossible to play Minecraft. I think it is important to mention that I have the RX 580 with 8GB. My friend has a Ryzen 5 1400 and with him the cpu load at just 20% All drivers are installed and on the newest state just like java.
So now you can't help but CPU and GPU have more than enough power… How much RAM do you have and do you play online and if so what internet connection? Ever tried another server?
… Do you have cheese like CCleaner on it or any other antivirus?
And is your monitor actually connected to the RX580?
8gb ram. Internet is perfect. Antivirus is bought Kaspersky. Everything connected correctly
Oh, and if I did not open anything, "DienstHost" is 60% of the power that I think is not normal
Then turn off your Kaspersky.
The Windows Defender is enough.
